Usage: @eng/systempriority <system name>=<-1 | 1>

Changes the system priority for the specified system. The <system name> must be present on the ship. The priority can be changed upward by using a <1> as the second argument or downward via <-1>. System priority is used when the ship loses power. When that occurs, the ship's computer will begin deallocating power from systems at the top of the priority list. Systems that should not lose power immediately should be at the bottom of the priority list.
