HS_SYS_ATTR(<obj>/<system>, <attr name>, <adjusted>)

Returns the value of the requested attribute with <attr name> if the system is present on <obj> (typically a ship) and possesses the specified attribute. The <system> must be a valid engineering system. The <adjusted> parameter can be set to 0 (unadjusted) or 1 (adjusted) to return the system information according to current damage and power levels. A value of 1 specifies that adjusted values should be returned, while a value of 0 specifies that the raw attribute value should be returned.
