HS_EXPLODE
HS_EXPLODE(<uid>, <x>, <y>, <z>, <range>, <strength>)
HS_EXPLODE does damage to all ships and missiles within <range> of the specified point in <uid>. <strength> is the amount of damage done to the target's hull or systems after shields are taken into account. This is essentially a side-effect function and does not return anything. If a ship's hull is reduced to 0 or below it is destroyed just as if hit by a missile or laser and the crew is killed with the exception of simulators.
